Our staff has the sufficient ability, skill and experience in formulating rubber compound, either for routine products or special products or any specific inquiry e.g. rubber needs by military.

Rubber compound can be formulated as per customer’s requirement, such as Natural rubber compound to get certain various color of silicone compound or any synthetic rubber compound to get certain finish product criteria.

Santo Rubber uses elastomer regularly either taken from natural rubber or rubber synthetic.

Total rubber compound ordered can be arranged to match customer’s inquiry, either big order or small order.Making and forming of rubber compound is initial steps in production of rubber finish good. Rubber compound making is done by blending of rubber with chemical material inside a mixing machine and rubber compound forming is done inside a forming machine after rubber was softened. 

The function of mixing machine in compound making process is able to get uniform compound by filling and dispersing of mixing materials into rubber so it will be easier to proceed on the next step and the final result will fulfill the requirement, i.e. good quality, low cost and energy. The function of forming process is able to soften rubber compound by rubbing and heating inside the cylinder, then forming it inside the moulding.

In mixing and forming of rubber compound, heat energy and quite big displacement energy are needed to soften the material.
